POSITION SUMMARY: Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for daily support of procurement functions, maintain records and office activities, supports Director of Procurement.

SALARY RANGE: $43,000/yr. – $45,000/yr.


    • Manage procurement card program
    • Coordinate and maintain travel
    • Monitors & reconciles corporate credit cards and invoices
    • Coordinate center wide catering and flowers services, etc.
    • Set-up new accounts, vendor comparison reports and list
    • Product research
    • Maintain procurement documentation
    • Assist with supplier discrepancies
    • Assist and coordinate special events i.e.; All Staff meeting, annual picnic, etc.
    • Coordinate RTD bus booklet and cell allowance programs
    • Administrative support and correspondence
    • Assist with writing request for proposals
    • Issue vendor purchase orders as directed
    • Performs other duties as assignedEDUCATION: High School Diploma or higher with a minimum of 2 year related experience.EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of administrative assistant experience. Experience working directly with suppliers or customers via phone and email to resolve issues. Must be comfortable working in a diverse environment. Purchasing experience is a plus.


    • Must have excellent follow‐up skills.
    • Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong verbal and writing skills, self-starter and results oriented individual is a must.
    • Detailed and organizational skills, capable of completing tasks in an efficient manner.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
    • Must type 50 wpm minimum.
    • General knowledge of fax, copiers, calculators.
    • Strong organization skills.
    • Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding accessible budgetary, credit card/ expense account information, and personnel data.
    • Maybe required to drive to various sites. Must have valid Colorado Driver License with good MVR.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:   NoneMACHINES AND EQUIPMENT TO BE USED: Computers, calculators, fax machines, copiers, telephone and a variety of other office/clerical equipment.

      TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. May require lifting up to 50 pounds.   Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, the telephone and other office and/or clinical equipment.

      WORKING CONDITIONS: May require occasional evening or weekend hours.
