POSITION SUMMARY: Administer, monitor, and report out on assigned special project within the Rehabilitative Services Department. Typically, coordinating grants or contract efforts coordination to ensure full performance, proper documentation, and evidence-based standards are met. Responsible for day-to-day operation of the rehabilitative project, and employees performing job tasks under the project. May serve as a liaison between the organization and other outside organizations.
Projects have included, but are not limited to: Grants, Social Security Benefits, Survey Team, College Coordination, Peer Mentor Training, Vocational Supervisor oversight.
SALARY RANGE: $20.39/hr. - $24.44/hr.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree in related field with minimum of one year of vocational experience
Masters degree in Voc. Rehab. or related field and one year of vocational experience
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum one year of experience working with severe and persistent mental illness
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
May supervise interns, and assign work to others, but no formal supervisory role.
MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT TO BE USED:
Computers, calculators, fax machines, copiers, telephone and a variety of other office/clerical equipment.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. May require lifting up to 40 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, the telephone and other office and/or clinical equipment.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
May require occasional evening or weekend hours.
